                                          We Are America Pledge

We the citizens of the United States of America do hereby affirm or swear that we shall endeavor to stand in the face of tyranny and drawing on the abilities, resources and wisdom imparted upon us by our Creator in the pursuit of these noble efforts.

We avow to the American people that we will pledge our lives, fortunes and prosperity to the betterment of our nation and the fundamental return to our constitutional form of government.

We uphold the beliefs of our founding fathers and those that over the course of our history, have sacrificed all to provide for the liberty of the citizens of the United States. We cherish this opportunity and hold dear to its fundamental tenants that all are created equal and endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights, among these being life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

As citizens of a nation blessed since our birth with an unyielding dedication towards freedom and the liberation of those less fortunate, we hereby step forward to make our voices known in unity with our fellow Americans; to take those measures provided to us through our Constitution and all legitimate means, to draw attention to and to cease all manner of encumbrances currently assaulting our freedom and liberty.

We the People recognize that American leadership has voided itself of the trust, admiration and respect of the People.

We the People herein admonish current legislators and administrators for their failure to hear and respond to the voice and will of the People.

We the People do solemnly swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States without reservation and as intended by our Founders having sought relief from the encumbrances of a tyrannical king.

We the People will unite to rescind all laws passed in objection of the will of the People and will endeavor to ascribe to an open government of the People, by the People and for the People.

We the People will agree to pass no law or regulation that harms the economic prosperity of the People of the United States, nor will any laws or regulations be entertained that can not be clearly articulated and understood by the citizens of this nation.

We the People will attempt to review no law, nor entertain any amendments that include hidden taxes or projects unrelated to the matter at hand.

We the People as representatives of our fellow citizens will enact no measure that does not apply equally to all, including elected legislators.

We the People will address all weaknesses in the borders of our nation and strengthen our resolve to defend the integrity of America’s borders.

We the People welcome immigrants to our great nation, that come peaceably, and in accordance and obedience of the law of our land, and shall be no respecter of those who avoid our laws and illegally enter our nation.

We the People lay our support at the doorstep of our sons and daughters that risk the ultimate sacrifice on behalf of a humble and grateful nation. It is our will that all manner of support and necessary requirements be met on their behalf in the protection of our nation.

We the People respect no rights of enemy combatants that assault our nation and the People of the United States, or our allies that fail to respect the rules of war as generally accepted by civil societies. Further, no Constitutional rights should be afforded to those foreign citizens that inflict harm or intend to inflict fear upon the American People.

We the People oppose any socialist agenda and recognize liberty can only be maintained with man’s right to property. All citizens are entitled to choose the rightful manner they elect to use their property and should not be subject to governmental seizure and use of property to include personal earnings, lacking their expressed consent.

We the People support the reduction in the tax burden now upon the American People. No tax should be enacted that harms one group over another, nor benefits one group over another, nor act as a respecter of any law or program that favors one group of citizens over another. Be it recognized that in America there is only one minority; and that is the individual.

We stand united in our efforts to regain the control of our government through peace and non-violence by use of the ballot box. We stand with the American People as representatives of the will of the People to return a free nation to citizens and their children.

Be it known that we chose now to not pass to our children a nation encumbered in debt, reduced in stature, nor restricted in liberty. For the sake of our children and the prosperity of our beloved nation; be it resolved that we will work tirelessly and without complaint to return the United States of America from the precipice of an abyss, to the promise of the America Dream; the Shinning City on the Hill.

We recognize that America is an exceptional nation with a unique destiny designed by providence to provide leadership in times of strife and to shine as a beacon of hope to all whose hearts long for and desire freedom and liberty.

Be it further resolved our united recognition that politicians, bureaucrats, and lobbyists populating Washington D.C., are not individually or in concert, America. But that We the People are.

To the President and current members of Congress, be it known: We Are America.

God Bless each and every one of you, and may God continue to pour his blessings upon the United States of America.

Dan Davis
